Makeup Classes Policy

• Any classes that are missed because of sickness or other personal reasons are Not Refundable.

• If a student misses their regular class then they may be able to attend an alternate (makeup) class.

• Students are entitled to a maximum of two make-up lessons per term, If you book in and do not attend then it is still counted toward the total.

• No makeup classes are given for lessons missed without 24 hours’ notice of absence prior to the class.

• The makeup class must take place in the same term as the missed class.

• MCPA does not guarantee that the makeup class will be available at a time and place convenient. Fees will not be refunded or credited where a student is unable to find a convenient makeup class.

• Make-up classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. No refund or credit will be given if a suitable class is unavailable.

• No makeup classes are given for classes missed throughout the Holiday Intensive Program. No refund or credit will be given once you paid Holiday Intensive Program.

• No makeup classes are given for missed private classes.

• Makeup class may be taken at any one of our three locations on any day, if a suitable class is available.

• Makeup class cannot be transferred to the Holiday Intensive Program or siblings, or carried over to the following term.

• Any makeup classes not completed within the term will not be credited or refunded.

• Makeup classes will not be taken into consideration until term fees have been paid in full.

• Once booked, a makeup class cannot be changed. If it is missed no replacement class will be given.
